Robert you've spent I don't know how many years and how many millions of dollars probably more

this even longer than I have which is an awful long time I think it even started in a past life

I mean it's been a very long time you know at the beginning when I first knew you back in the late
[0:00:24 - 0:00:30] ▶
80s the idea of disclosure was such a far-off concept it really wasn't even no we're trying
[0:00:30 - 0:00:37] ▶
to figure out what what's real what do people know what do we need to know but the idea of someone
[0:00:37 - 0:00:43] ▶
announcing disclosure whether that's the president or the Pope or something like that was just such
[0:00:43 - 0:00:48] ▶
a far-away idea it's not a subject was it was made fun of it was a joke yeah and mostly by a lot of
[0:00:48 - 0:00:53] ▶
the media propagated that right right right I've been on the receiving end of that yeah you have
[0:00:53 - 0:00:58] ▶
too but now it's not so far away anymore I mean the idea of disclosure is being discussed earlier this
[0:00:58 - 0:01:03] ▶
year the president issued a directive said start releasing information on these files now it's
[0:01:03 - 0:01:10] ▶
been a little disappointing what's been released so far and I don't know who's in charge of what
[0:01:10 - 0:01:14] ▶
gets released but at least it's happened and he's acknowledged that it's something he wants to share
[0:01:14 - 0:01:19] ▶
with the public that's an amazing step to come that far but you had a chance to speak directly
[0:01:19 - 0:01:25] ▶
with the president and urged him to go even further earlier this year when did that happen so I was I was
[0:01:25 - 0:01:34] ▶
in the process for first several months putting together a series of reports on seven different
[0:01:34 - 0:01:42] ▶
topics and UAPs ET and disclosure was one of the topics and so when I was ready I asked to see him
[0:01:42 - 0:01:55] ▶
and so January or February the 6th I was in the Oval Office with the president and there was a staff
[0:01:55 - 0:02:03] ▶
secretary by the name of William Scharf scharf who was also there with the president myself
[0:02:03 - 0:02:11] ▶
and I had concerns about dumping so much information on him at one time and I asked Susie
[0:02:11 - 0:02:21] ▶
Susie Wiles Susie Wiles should I really hope shouldn't I hold back and maybe only give him two or three
[0:02:21 - 0:02:30] ▶
papers and she said no she said go ahead and give him everything I can tell you this it may take him a while
[0:02:30 - 0:02:37] ▶
but he will eventually read it all I said okay I'll do it you don't know how much time you've got with
[0:02:37 - 0:02:43] ▶
him I haven't a clue I figure it's probably more than 30 minutes but I don't know and as it turned
[0:02:43 - 0:02:48] ▶
out I I we were finished in about an hour and 15 or 20 minutes and but I could have taken two days
[0:02:48 - 0:02:55] ▶
because these were complex subjects and on the disclosure UAP ET subject which is always great
[0:02:55 - 0:03:02] ▶
fun to talk about that's a really important one it's super important what was your goal going in
[0:03:02 - 0:03:08] ▶
what was the one thing you wanted to convey to him on that topic that what that you wanted to come out and
[0:03:08 - 0:03:13] ▶
have him understand in such a short period of time I only had an average of like 11 minutes per paper
[0:03:13 - 0:03:21] ▶
to talk about a paper um I wish I had a lot more but I let me let me read to you something I I told
[0:03:21 - 0:03:29] ▶
him I wanted him to say verbatim and I described where he should say it not where a podium existed and
[0:03:29 - 0:03:36] ▶
a lot of media existed but I said I want you to for example deliver this statement and as you are
[0:03:36 - 0:03:44] ▶
getting onto air place uh air force one and you're about to go through the the hatchway through the door
[0:03:44 - 0:03:50] ▶
uh but you stop and talk to the media and you might say something like uh I just want you to hear
[0:03:50 - 0:03:56] ▶
something I want to make a statement and I would said and this is what I want you to say Mr. President
[0:03:56 - 0:04:03] ▶
a non-human intelligent presence has been on earth for a very long time using spacecraft and
[0:04:03 - 0:04:11] ▶
with performances completely beyond our capabilities and our human physics and that's it to say nothing
[0:04:11 - 0:04:20] ▶
else that's it that's all because what this is is disclosure and and you're it's actually confirmation
[0:04:20 - 0:04:28] ▶
and and the two are well welded together these are wedded together and and confirmation has not been
[0:04:28 - 0:04:36] ▶
uh officially made by any president that I know of and has not they've they've had different kinds of
[0:04:36 - 0:04:42] ▶
contact conversations and so forth and uh a really good close friend of mine verified uh Harry Reid who
[0:04:42 - 0:04:51] ▶
he and I were very good friends for many many years verified with Bill Clinton that he didn't know
[0:04:51 - 0:04:57] ▶
about the subject and this was I think in his second term and uh there was a staffer that wrote a book
[0:04:57 - 0:05:03] ▶
and he referred to a conversation that he and and that Bill Clinton had uh President Clinton had and it just
[0:05:03 - 0:05:09] ▶
it involved um when President Clinton said to him uh before I leave office there are two things that
[0:05:09 - 0:05:18] ▶
really want to know what the hell is the UFO subject all about and who really killed JFK
[0:05:18 - 0:05:25] ▶
he's a member of the country yeah his aide was Webb Hubble who got the assignment yeah dig into that
[0:05:25 - 0:05:29] ▶
yes yes and he didn't get the answer so Harry took the book right so I gave him the book and I showed
[0:05:29 - 0:05:34] ▶
him where on page was so-and-so has said that so he he met with with the President Clinton he said did
[0:05:34 - 0:05:39] ▶
you say this and Clinton said hell yes would you like to know the the answers to those two things you know
[0:05:39 - 0:05:45] ▶
he said absolutely you know I would I mean the sense that we have after digging into this topic for a long time
[0:05:45 - 0:05:51] ▶
presidents come and presidents go and they have varying degrees of interest in the topic and various
[0:05:51 - 0:05:59] ▶
uh varying degrees of knowledge of it right uh if they don't push it they're not going to find out
[0:05:59 - 0:06:05] ▶
is that your sense of it absolutely absolutely you have to somebody has to be the the driving horse
[0:06:05 - 0:06:11] ▶
to pull that wagon and it's and it can't let go I suppose even if they do press press it and push it
[0:06:11 - 0:06:18] ▶
they don't necessarily get briefed oh well they will not have anything to do they will not know
[0:06:18 - 0:06:22] ▶
anything about unacknowledged saps for sure and only on a really serious need-to-know basis would
[0:06:22 - 0:06:29] ▶
they have anything to do with acknowledged saps you know tssci is nowhere near close enough you know
[0:06:29 - 0:06:35] ▶
that that was only clearances that we had top secret special compartmental information uh that's not
[0:06:35 - 0:06:42] ▶
even remotely close enough well let's go back to donald trump you know him i mean it's not like
[0:06:42 - 0:06:47] ▶
you're hanging out and going bowling on saturday nights but your friends you've supported him over
[0:06:47 - 0:06:51] ▶
the years a lot of money a lot of donations in his campaigns you know him you've been to mora lago he
[0:06:51 - 0:06:56] ▶
calls you from time to time so the chance to sit down and talk with him on this topic that's the first
[0:06:56 - 0:07:02] ▶
time you've talked to him about it well it was a big honor to be in the oval office on and and being able
[0:07:02 - 0:07:08] ▶
to brief him on so many different kinds of really sensitive important topics and including this one
[0:07:08 - 0:07:14] ▶
and uh it was it was a lot of fun we will come back to the other topics at some point in the future
[0:07:15 - 0:07:22] ▶
conversations i hope this is the first of many that we have uh but you you prepare a document for him
[0:07:22 - 0:07:27] ▶
and what you want to convey in that time period and then there's additional material in that document
[0:07:28 - 0:07:33] ▶
like what what'd you have in there well so first i said okay we got to clear we we we you know the
[0:07:33 - 0:07:39] ▶
resolute desk is a very famous desk and that's what he was sitting behind i said we're going to have to
[0:07:39 - 0:07:43] ▶
clear all half of this stuff off the desk so william the other the the staff secretary there uh we started
[0:07:43 - 0:07:51] ▶
we we were grabbing things and sorry uh we were grabbing things and uh so we were we made room for
[0:07:51 - 0:07:59] ▶
these seven different stacks of reports that i'm leaving behind they were more than just one copy and so
[0:07:59 - 0:08:05] ▶
um so that's how it started and um and we got into to the topic about um the uap topic and in disclosure and
[0:08:06 - 0:08:19] ▶
um we had um i remember talking at some time about um the gatekeepers
[0:08:19 - 0:08:28] ▶
uh so this disclosure is a process and i and i was i was emphasizing that the disclosure process
[0:08:28 - 0:08:37] ▶
starting with confirmation is a big deal that you know that really is important for
[0:08:37 - 0:08:42] ▶
somebody like the president united states to say yeah they're real they're here and eliminate all the
[0:08:42 - 0:08:47] ▶
other nonsense all the noise that's been going on for 80 years um and so i wanted him to focus on
[0:08:47 - 0:08:56] ▶
gatekeepers um and i emphasize these people because they're the ones that are in government locations
[0:08:56 - 0:09:06] ▶
and private corporation locations that have spent their substantial lives or careers um working in in very
[0:09:06 - 0:09:15] ▶
secluded environments um and they have custody of
[0:09:16 - 0:09:22] ▶
the goods more information than they are diamonds in a coal mine they have um they have obtained information
[0:09:22 - 0:09:36] ▶
about et themselves uh about hardware um other countries are working on this exact same thing so
[0:09:36 - 0:09:47] ▶
you have to be careful not to talk about things that would give other people advantages and so on
[0:09:47 - 0:09:52] ▶
and uh the gatekeepers i've i've told people that there are heroes of a different kind a lot of
[0:09:53 - 0:10:00] ▶
people would laugh at that but it's true it's true um they go to their graves taking information that they
[0:10:00 - 0:10:08] ▶
their spouses uh have never heard their children have never heard they can't talk about it to any any friend
[0:10:08 - 0:10:15] ▶
um so um they're isolated about that and and after a while i think that must be a burden you know to to
[0:10:15 - 0:10:26] ▶
hold those kinds of secrets i remember uh i i was i was talking to sappho henderson one time and pappy henderson was her husband and she said well we were in the grocery store one time and uh
[0:10:26 - 0:10:42] ▶
uh he's and there's an article in there in one of the magazines about it's finally been revealed about ets and aliens
[0:10:42 - 0:10:50] ▶
and they're in the line you know getting their groceries and he says oh my god sappy he says uh
[0:10:51 - 0:10:57] ▶
i can i can i guess it's out now i can actually tell you what i've been doing all these years he was one of the pilots
[0:10:58 - 0:11:04] ▶
of uh one of the cargo planes taking uh from roswell uh in in the crash retrieval of roswell in 47 and so
[0:11:04 - 0:11:16] ▶
um and then um she said to me well later uh and her daughter daughter was there too as we were taught she
[0:11:16 - 0:11:24] ▶
was relating the story he had since passed away but she said it was so funny because uh he said i wasn't i
[0:11:24 - 0:11:32] ▶
i wasn't supposed to know that because the article really wasn't an expose of a fact of truth it was
[0:11:32 - 0:11:37] ▶
like the weekly world news yeah it was just a cover story to get attention so you're buying the magazine
[0:11:37 - 0:11:43] ▶
you know uh where you check out and so and he he said oh he said god he said i probably shouldn't
[0:11:43 - 0:11:50] ▶
have he said i guess it was just something that that was out there in the magazine and i shouldn't have
[0:11:50 - 0:11:55] ▶
told you anything so don't say anything to anybody but that was that was really my first realization
[0:11:55 - 0:12:01] ▶
about how um how private that information is kept with everybody involved you know for for
[0:12:01 - 0:12:11] ▶
unacknowledged and acknowledged saps let's go back to the beginning of this meeting so you go in you've
[0:12:11 - 0:12:16] ▶
got seven papers you issues that you want to discuss with him uap et disclosure being one of them
[0:12:16 - 0:12:23] ▶
you walk into the office you don't know how much time you're going to have and for purposes of our
[0:12:23 - 0:12:27] ▶
conversation you can't tell me and our listeners you can't say what the president said right no i can't
[0:12:27 - 0:12:34] ▶
so you can only tell me what you told him but you go into it with an idea of not just things in the sky
[0:12:34 - 0:12:40] ▶
floating around some mystery we've got the goods somewhere there are crashes do you tell them that
[0:12:40 - 0:12:47] ▶
there are bodies that there are crash retrieval vehicles from of unknown origin or how specific do you get on that
[0:12:47 - 0:12:54] ▶
um i i basically i focused on him and how to prepare himself if he's not already prepared and
[0:12:54 - 0:13:10] ▶
it's not normal for for a businessman to be a researcher in these kinds of topics you know survival of
[0:13:11 - 0:13:19] ▶
consciousness beyond permanent bodily death or ufos and et's that's not normal and so um i was advising
[0:13:19 - 0:13:28] ▶
him to try to be as quick a study as he can because he's going to be getting advice from a lot of
[0:13:28 - 0:13:34] ▶
different folks and um so he needs to do all that he can to to find responsible material to read um from
[0:13:34 - 0:13:45] ▶
really good good authors and reliable reliable uh uh books that that uh you can trust and government
[0:13:45 - 0:13:52] ▶
agencies the people who work for him and that's that's tough yes because um because they can be
[0:13:52 - 0:14:01] ▶
distant from so it depends on on whether they've heard it second hand first second third or fourth hand
[0:14:01 - 0:14:09] ▶
fifth hand first hand would be you you've actually experienced it yourself but are you third hand or
[0:14:09 - 0:14:15] ▶
fourth hand or how far down the chain uh are you in terms of the information that's been relayed to you
[0:14:15 - 0:14:22] ▶
and how much has that conversation changed has it been passed on and passed on from person to person
[0:14:22 - 0:14:27] ▶
and really if you got just a short glimpse of something going down a hallway looking into
[0:14:29 - 0:14:34] ▶
a window or somewhere where normally you shouldn't have been maybe but you were escorted by a friend
[0:14:34 - 0:14:40] ▶
and maybe you saw something that um was dramatic but all you saw was the tip of an iceberg you really
[0:14:42 - 0:14:49] ▶
didn't understand the fundamentals of what you saw you might have saw a being or you might have seen a
[0:14:49 - 0:14:56] ▶
structure and so it's tricky as to when you're talking to to human beings about anything it's tricky
[0:14:56 - 0:15:03] ▶
as to as to what they're revealing all right you're conveying to him this is real you need to
[0:15:03 - 0:15:09] ▶
pay attention to it you should probably make an announcement at some point but don't go too far
[0:15:09 - 0:15:15] ▶
and you're conveying to him it's serious and that there have been people who've been keeping
[0:15:16 - 0:15:20] ▶
this secret for a long time including probably from him i mean he's made statements here and there
[0:15:20 - 0:15:26] ▶
offhanded remarks about ufos etc he's not entitled to know on unagnostic saps or even a dog
[0:15:26 - 0:15:32] ▶
saps basically presidents united states and this is this is kind of uh rough because um
[0:15:32 - 0:15:39] ▶
this this field has more trust in 30-year admirals and generals i mean that's just everybody kind of
[0:15:41 - 0:15:50] ▶
knows that that's been around um politicians come and they go and um and
[0:15:50 - 0:15:57] ▶
uh so 30-year admirals and generals are are much more in the eyes of folks people who will stay the
[0:15:57 - 0:16:08] ▶
course because they're not running for an election they're not going to be here just for four years
[0:16:08 - 0:16:14] ▶
or eight years or if they're a senator for a term of six or 12 or 18 or whatever um but and they're not
[0:16:14 - 0:16:21] ▶
their life is not to please the public it's not their life isn't compromised by being a politician
[0:16:21 - 0:16:29] ▶
so admirals and and generals and intelligence and intelligence officers of course of course
[0:16:29 - 0:16:36] ▶
but um they're not trying to please the public all the time they're not trying to to try to find
[0:16:37 - 0:16:43] ▶
compromises between very two very diverse uh large groups of folks and trying to make as many people
[0:16:43 - 0:16:50] ▶
happy as they can so you're conveying to him there are people who know about this stuff that have not
[0:16:50 - 0:16:56] ▶
told you because you're a temporary occupant of the white house i don't think you want to say it that way
[0:16:56 - 0:17:01] ▶
but well it's true do you have a sense that he'd ever been briefed we've read conflicting reports that
[0:17:01 - 0:17:07] ▶
there have been briefings for him on this topic you can't quote what he told you but did you get a
[0:17:07 - 0:17:12] ▶
sense that he'd ever been told about the goods i can't comment really on body language or comments
[0:17:12 - 0:17:19] ▶
that he said or anything like that because it's i i don't want to do that to him right i don't want to
[0:17:19 - 0:17:25] ▶
i don't want to reveal anything it's not my business i was just a messenger i was just kind of a
[0:17:25 - 0:17:32] ▶
a person that's uh trying to give him information on a number of different topics all of them were
[0:17:32 - 0:17:37] ▶
important and um that's it and have my 75 minutes and i'm done would you guess based on what you know
[0:17:37 - 0:17:46] ▶
about the topic and how it's been handled over the decades would you guess that he had been briefed
[0:17:46 - 0:17:51] ▶
or that any other presidents have been briefed you know that bill clinton was not even though he
[0:17:51 - 0:17:56] ▶
expressed an interest in it so at some point the president has to be told no we can't tell you
[0:17:56 - 0:18:01] ▶
i think bush senior knew quite a bit because he was the head of the cia i think uh nixon did
[0:18:03 - 0:18:08] ▶
um i think eisenhower did um so it's it's kind of hit and miss over historic over the period of history
[0:18:09 - 0:18:18] ▶
as to who has and who hasn't can you tell us what would be in the briefing document that you left
[0:18:18 - 0:18:24] ▶
behind was it cases here's a wave of ufos here's a case here was a crash anything like that yeah yeah i i
[0:18:24 - 0:18:30] ▶
i uh related uh conversations i have had with general de brower who was the chief of the air
[0:18:30 - 0:18:37] ▶
force for belgium and there was a very interesting flap that it was about 18 months long with triangle
[0:18:37 - 0:18:43] ▶
triangular craft and uh he was in command of all the air force and he really chased the heck out of
[0:18:43 - 0:18:50] ▶
these and and he told me he said bob you just i'm just burning fuel and it makes no sense i he said
[0:18:50 - 0:18:56] ▶
we're going to stop because we're not getting anywhere all we're doing is getting closer you
[0:18:56 - 0:19:01] ▶
know photographs and things but we're not getting anywhere we don't we're not we're not getting any
[0:19:01 - 0:19:06] ▶
information that is really valuable for us to understand anything you know and i gave him other
[0:19:06 - 0:19:12] ▶
examples of where large amounts of witnesses were involved and so that he could read about these
[0:19:12 - 0:19:18] ▶
particular incidences um and and and of course the one with five simington is in 97 was so interesting
[0:19:18 - 0:19:27] ▶
because there you had a governor who was an actual witness and he made a joke of it on and brought a
[0:19:27 - 0:19:34] ▶
guy in an alien suit on stage because he was scared to death it's like phoenix lights the phoenix lights
[0:19:34 - 0:19:40] ▶
which weren't just lights it was actually friggin craft and it came from northern arizona i think it
[0:19:40 - 0:19:46] ▶
started actually in southern nevada is where the craft began and uh in the henderson area i think
[0:19:46 - 0:19:53] ▶
somewhere in there and so you see this huge triangular craft gigantic craft going slowly and uh he was
[0:19:53 - 0:20:01] ▶
scared to death but finally fast forward 10 years later and he confesses that he was an eyewitness but
[0:20:01 - 0:20:07] ▶
he didn't know what to do so he was there at a point in time when the dynamic of disclosure could have
[0:20:07 - 0:20:14] ▶
been forced and actually uh a confirmation could have been from a governor of the state like that
[0:20:14 - 0:20:19] ▶
he was a credible guy so we've had many incidences like that where they in the early 50s flying over
[0:20:19 - 0:20:24] ▶
the white house and the capitol building we've had so many of those so i in my report i included a lot
[0:20:24 - 0:20:30] ▶
of very dramatic um beyond a reasonable doubt kind of witnesses of exhibitions did you share with him
[0:20:30 - 0:20:39] ▶
anything about your knowledge of a classified program you you got a top secret security clearance
[0:20:39 - 0:20:46] ▶
right yeah it was for the osap program for bass right operated under the dia yeah you learned a lot
[0:20:46 - 0:20:54] ▶
during that program it's the largest accumulation of ufo info of any government-funded ufo program ever
[0:20:54 - 0:21:00] ▶
yeah you didn't tell him about it it wasn't credible enough i felt for him
[0:21:00 - 0:21:05] ▶
um uh it's just something pertaining to me and uh whereas these other examples are historic and
[0:21:05 - 0:21:16] ▶
they're in a lot of literature they're very famous the witnesses the amount of witnesses were huge
[0:21:16 - 0:21:21] ▶
uh we operated under um a private situation with the skinwalker ranch and um he wouldn't relate to
[0:21:22 - 0:21:33] ▶
well we all had hitchhikers we all took things home with us you know we all saw a lot of stuff
[0:21:33 - 0:21:38] ▶
whether it was at the ranch or where we lived and it didn't make it make any difference where in the
[0:21:39 - 0:21:44] ▶
united states we lived uh we we saw a lot of things and but that wouldn't be relevant for him to be able
[0:21:44 - 0:21:52] ▶
to relate to that right well so why talk about it yeah i mean you know you're kind of jumping into the deep
[0:21:52 - 0:21:57] ▶
end of the pool when you get into hitchhikers and skinwalkers maybe for your first big conversation on this

topic that might not be the place to go no you know and i i didn't i couldn't even see if he said

well i need a beer i i couldn't even give him something to drink you know maybe stronger than

that so i didn't want to do you know um you you did you used the term non-human intelligence in the
[0:22:12 - 0:22:19] ▶
sentence you gave him hey try this in the as you're climbing aboard air force one say that to media and
[0:22:19 - 0:22:25] ▶
then you know close the door right you said non-human intelligence not et are they the same and and
[0:22:25 - 0:22:31] ▶
did you share anything with him about what you think it is well there have been reports
[0:22:31 - 0:22:37] ▶
of humans on board right but the non-human are more interesting i mean if a human's on board and he or
[0:22:37 - 0:22:46] ▶
she has free reign of the craft that's pretty damn interesting right but and you don't know where those
[0:22:46 - 0:22:51] ▶
people are when they're not on board so but the other ones uh are some are scary you know some uh
[0:22:51 - 0:23:00] ▶
it's not surprising that in the universe everything is going to look like us every every intelligent
[0:23:01 - 0:23:07] ▶
organism is going to look like us um but you have to have it's also a matter of respect for any really
[0:23:07 - 0:23:18] ▶
intelligent animal or or and creature or whatever it is right and the more advanced the more respect
[0:23:18 - 0:23:27] ▶
because you don't know what they know and you don't you don't know the future and they may know
[0:23:27 - 0:23:31] ▶
they may know more than just the now if you were to have a second conversation with them
[0:23:32 - 0:23:37] ▶
would you explain that et is one idea but it's not necessarily the only option for a non-human
[0:23:37 - 0:23:43] ▶
intelligence that's out there you have to tell me first how much time do i have with a second
[0:23:43 - 0:23:48] ▶
conversation let's get let's make it an hour you have an hour with the president what would you tell
[0:23:48 - 0:23:53] ▶
them about who they are who they might be um so i would try to get into the complexity of the relationship
[0:23:53 - 0:24:06] ▶
that once you've had confirmation you know you've given that that text of that little sentence i i
[0:24:06 - 0:24:12] ▶
wrote and quoted there and you start to go down the path of disclosure where it's more than than just
[0:24:13 - 0:24:20] ▶
flares flur videos uh and um you're not seeing other things are much more crystal clear and you know in
[0:24:20 - 0:24:30] ▶
video um uh or legitimate people in places that you recognize these people and they're around something
[0:24:30 - 0:24:41] ▶
or with something or somebody that's a holy cow that's wow you know that's a very dramatic kind
[0:24:41 - 0:24:48] ▶
of disclosure about something landing on the lawn somewhere you know um so i think the the what i would
[0:24:48 - 0:24:56] ▶
have spent time doing is talking about how do you establish with you been in 80 years of denial
[0:24:56 - 0:25:03] ▶
denial as a nation in the world we have countries who are very upfront and others that are also in
[0:25:03 - 0:25:13] ▶
denial now you want to pivot 180 degrees

hour to talk to him you said so i'm using my hour all right so yeah so uh that's what i i would that's a
[0:25:43 - 0:25:51] ▶
really intriguing thing is how do you do that where do you start and into a relationship and and and i
[0:25:51 - 0:25:59] ▶
would say more like well i would want to start with the biggest question i would ask i would say what i
[0:25:59 - 0:26:06] ▶
want to get from them is my first question is what are the chances we are going to survive ourselves
[0:26:06 - 0:26:15] ▶
that we are not going to annihilate ourselves because they've already are familiar with a
[0:26:15 - 0:26:23] ▶
whole lot of other species on a lot of other worlds other other planets so chances are they
[0:26:23 - 0:26:29] ▶
have a pretty good idea percentage and it's not that we're a spiritual species
[0:26:29 - 0:26:36] ▶
you talk to people that have near-death experiences they're changed for the rest of their life they become
[0:26:38 - 0:26:43] ▶
a spiritual person of a caliber that they've never been but we're a long way as an average from that category from that level
[0:26:43 - 0:26:55] ▶
there are monsters among us as human beings and they're angelic people among us
[0:26:55 - 0:27:02] ▶
so we're we are a danger to another species we're potentially the klingons we have a technological maturity
[0:27:04 - 0:27:12] ▶
that is is not just going on a line but it's vertical and it's segmented because it's jumping
[0:27:12 - 0:27:18] ▶
and and it's and meanwhile our spiritual maturity just bumps along the bottom you know so we look at
[0:27:19 - 0:27:26] ▶
the 20th century 60 million people were killed are we ever going to get beyond that so the thing of it is
[0:27:26 - 0:27:33] ▶
we don't we know so little about how to do it how to have a relationship
[0:27:33 - 0:27:38] ▶
um i'm not in any position to really advise except for the few ideas i have as to where to start
[0:27:38 - 0:27:45] ▶
and the how is really super important it's not going to be like a close encounter of the third kind
[0:27:46 - 0:27:52] ▶
which was really cool movie um and it's not going to because of seti you know it's going to be by some other
[0:27:52 - 0:27:59] ▶
other kinds of means that you're you're embarking on and um i'm interested in that kind of research

we go back to your meeting with president you walk into the oval office they clear off the resolute desk
[0:28:07 - 0:28:13] ▶
you spread out your seven piles of stuff and you start making a presentation about each one in particular
[0:28:13 - 0:28:19] ▶
about et non-human intelligence you can't say what he said to you can you say whether he asked questions
[0:28:19 - 0:28:27] ▶
was he curious he was he was distracted by other things so he also asked me he did ask questions
[0:28:29 - 0:28:38] ▶
but he asked questions about other stuff that wasn't necessarily just on what i was talking about
[0:28:38 - 0:28:45] ▶
he's getting your input on other things going on in the world yeah yeah if you had to make a guess
[0:28:45 - 0:28:51] ▶
would you would you guess that you got through to him on this issue i mean he hasn't stood in the
[0:28:51 - 0:28:56] ▶
in the doorway of air force one and made those remarks yet but he he has taken some pretty dramatic
[0:28:56 - 0:29:02] ▶
steps on this topic since you met with him do you think you made a dent don't know i advised him on
[0:29:02 - 0:29:10] ▶
something that i can measure and he hasn't taken my advice so far on what i suggested to him on a
[0:29:10 - 0:29:20] ▶
totally different unrelated subject but so far uh he has not taken my advice well somebody seems to
[0:29:20 - 0:29:28] ▶
have got through to him because he's been taking steps that we're seeing real results i mean people
[0:29:28 - 0:29:33] ▶
are are uh either well i'm talking about an unrelated subject altogether right so so yes there there are a
[0:29:33 - 0:29:41] ▶
couple of different task forces um that are that are involved um so there there is a there is an
[0:29:41 - 0:29:50] ▶
initiation of an activity in this subject it remains to be seen though that he gives actual presidential
[0:29:50 - 0:29:59] ▶
confirmation i don't i haven't maybe you're more aware than i am has that been has he done that not
[0:29:59 - 0:30:06] ▶
not really nothing like what i'd call confirmation but that's really what you're talking about i i
[0:30:06 - 0:30:11] ▶
remember us having a conversation in 2008 uh when right after you had signed the contract with dia for
[0:30:11 - 0:30:18] ▶
bass to run this program and you made the case then that what we need is not disclosure it's confirmation
[0:30:18 - 0:30:24] ▶
yeah for somebody like the president i'm not sure if it could be anyone less than the president that
[0:30:24 - 0:30:28] ▶
steps forward and says this and it carries the same kind of weight it's a big appetizer you know you're
[0:30:28 - 0:30:34] ▶
you're looking for the entree and and where's the dessert in this whole buffet but the but the uh
[0:30:34 - 0:30:41] ▶
confirmation is a huge appetizer to start with and that's why that's why i started with that in my
[0:30:41 - 0:30:47] ▶
conversation with him is pushing him to try and do make a confirmation and maybe he wants to get
[0:30:47 - 0:30:54] ▶
personally more comfortable um and uh you know he will go on down in history for a lot of things
[0:30:54 - 0:31:04] ▶
for better or worse that people are on both sides of the fence about him and so forth but um he's
[0:31:04 - 0:31:11] ▶
involved in so many different things and has been that i don't know what his legacy is going to be i
[0:31:11 - 0:31:18] ▶
really don't he has an opportunity to in this serious subject to to build a legacy uh using this as part of
[0:31:18 - 0:31:27] ▶
the blocks part of the the the brick and the structure of of the the content of a structure
[0:31:27 - 0:31:33] ▶
that um is very unique so you can have all the political programs that you want and and and so
[0:31:34 - 0:31:41] ▶
forth and nobody is going to really remember those as time goes by as the decades fade away nobody can
[0:31:41 - 0:31:48] ▶
remember benghazi and afghanistan and iraq different kinds of things and that's just recent history
[0:31:48 - 0:31:53] ▶
you know it's the world goes so fast but the president that took on the challenge of disclosure
[0:31:53 - 0:32:02] ▶
and of confirmation and actually built a satisfactory conclusion of a relationship
[0:32:03 - 0:32:09] ▶
between human beings and that subject is going to go down in history as having really accomplished
[0:32:10 - 0:32:16] ▶
something and if it's handled right it can be done successfully a lot of presidents have made comments
[0:32:16 - 0:32:23] ▶
often after they're out of office on this topic yeah gosh i'm real interested in that or wouldn't
[0:32:24 - 0:32:29] ▶
that be something or i think aliens could exist something like that but nothing like what you're
[0:32:29 - 0:32:33] ▶
talking about which amounts to confirmation saying it's real they're here we got to figure it out and
[0:32:33 - 0:32:40] ▶
stopping it there not disclosing well the dialogue the ability to to learn something from them is huge
[0:32:40 - 0:32:47] ▶
um what can we what can we do for you i mean that that's that's where one of the first things i
[0:32:47 - 0:32:53] ▶
would i would ask is not just are we going to survive ourselves yeah that's pretty damn important
[0:32:53 - 0:32:59] ▶
that's like probably number one you know but close behind that is okay we've been aware of you for a
[0:32:59 - 0:33:05] ▶
long time and the government's never admitted it but us as a public we know it and we're really curious
[0:33:05 - 0:33:13] ▶
is there anything that we can do for you not just what can you do i loved what john kennedy always what
[0:33:14 - 0:33:20] ▶
he said famously don't ask what the country can do for you ask what you can do for your country
[0:33:20 - 0:33:26] ▶
that was that's huge so that's giving them a kind of a respect that they deserve if you were president
[0:33:27 - 0:33:34] ▶
would you announce that yes we've got crash retrievals yes we have reverse engineering programs
[0:33:34 - 0:33:39] ▶
and yes we've got bodies yeah because the rest of the world already knows that the people that count
[0:33:39 - 0:33:45] ▶
in russia and china already know because they've got their own oh yeah freaking yes yeah they've had
[0:33:45 - 0:33:51] ▶
their missiles shut down they've had their missiles activated you know depending on which country you're
[0:33:51 - 0:33:56] ▶
talking about have you considered the political fallout for a president let's say it's trump because
[0:33:56 - 0:34:01] ▶
he he might be the guy that would do it and and just cast his fate to the winds but he makes an
[0:34:01 - 0:34:06] ▶
announcement yeah they're here yeah we've got programs yeah we've got crashes we've got bodies that's as far as
[0:34:06 - 0:34:13] ▶
i'm able to go right now what happens to him politically is he able to get anything else that's
[0:34:13 - 0:34:18] ▶
more than i would have said right for him to say right what you just said that goes i would advise
[0:34:18 - 0:34:22] ▶
him to say initially what you just said you just say non-human intelligence been here a long time
[0:34:22 - 0:34:27] ▶
yeah that one sentence is a starter because it's a huge cannon you've opened up pandora's box in terms of

oh my gosh what's going to happen what's going to it's okay so now you you can you can you can

categorize and segment into topics and you need time to do that and it needs to be digestible and it

needs to be not packaged in a scary kind of way as and and it can't be packaged in a way that you're

divulging what you shouldn't be divulging you know other countries aren't so there's there's reasons to
[0:34:55 - 0:35:01] ▶
have national secrets there really are i mean that's kind of like common sense right we don't
[0:35:01 - 0:35:06] ▶
want the russians and chinese and maybe other adversaries to know how far along we are or are not
[0:35:06 - 0:35:12] ▶
absolutely absolutely especially of that i think that the relationship thing is a mankind relationship
[0:35:12 - 0:35:21] ▶
it's not just for america when you're embarking as a president on trying to initiate
[0:35:22 - 0:35:29] ▶
uh a a a solemn relationship
[0:35:29 - 0:35:36] ▶
you're not doing for us of a only and so the and then we probably can do a show on communication
[0:35:38 - 0:35:46] ▶
but the it's really complex because who are you going to have initiated are you going to have
[0:35:47 - 0:35:56] ▶
politicians initiate are you going to have military people because everybody has kind of their own
[0:35:56 - 0:36:02] ▶
mindset um are you going to have a bunch of lawyers initiated um are you going to have scientists only
[0:36:02 - 0:36:09] ▶
initiated so it's and and how do you know to whom you're talking you know how do you know you can trust
[0:36:09 - 0:36:19] ▶
what they're saying because it depends on the form of initiative of communication and what are you asking
[0:36:19 - 0:36:26] ▶
for in the way of proof or demonstrations to establish trust both ways in the communication process
[0:36:26 - 0:36:34] ▶
because we haven't had that happen before it is totally new ground and frankly
[0:36:35 - 0:36:41] ▶
we need the other's help we need the help of the others to help to to guide us
[0:36:41 - 0:36:49] ▶
you and others have made attempts to find the programs find the legacy programs find the goods
[0:36:51 - 0:36:57] ▶
you had some success in that that we will discuss it in a preview in a upcoming conversation
[0:36:57 - 0:37:03] ▶
but the doors in general the doors get slammed in your face jay stratton who became head of the uap task
[0:37:04 - 0:37:10] ▶
force after osap after that atip thing he made a point to go try to find it and he appointed this
[0:37:10 - 0:37:17] ▶
guy david grush who had these high level security clearances grush says he found it there are people
[0:37:17 - 0:37:22] ▶
like grush whistleblowers people who work in programs or for contractors who want to tell what they know
[0:37:22 - 0:37:30] ▶
but are afraid they'd be prosecuted do you what advice would you give the president about how to
[0:37:30 - 0:37:35] ▶
handle those folks there have been attempts to give them legal clearance to go ahead and come forward
[0:37:35 - 0:37:41] ▶
they're not buying it so far would you give them sort of a pass the authorization to tell what they know
[0:37:41 - 0:37:48] ▶
and would you do the same thing to corporate interests who've been hiding this stuff at the request of
[0:37:48 - 0:37:54] ▶
the u.s government so yeah it's a it's a function of it's a matter of faith mostly uh on the other side
[0:37:54 - 0:38:05] ▶
that's difficult for them uh because the history says differently going back 80 years from the initial
[0:38:05 - 0:38:16] ▶
threats of people that were at crash retrieval sites that weren't supposed to be there and the threats
[0:38:16 - 0:38:22] ▶
that were made by the military going way back if you talk about it will kill you yeah i'm not talking
[0:38:22 - 0:38:28] ▶
about just men in black or anything like that you know um so it gets down to a matter of trust
[0:38:28 - 0:38:34] ▶
so again you should i mean preemptive pardons that's that's a start but that's um
[0:38:37 - 0:38:44] ▶
um and you you need to have a people that are really experienced in task force that know about
[0:38:44 - 0:38:51] ▶
the subject you don't want people that are having to go to class and they have had no class instructions
[0:38:51 - 0:39:00] ▶
that they can be bright people but you need really to have people who are bright about the subject and
[0:39:00 - 0:39:05] ▶
who have had contact in different kinds of ways and so and there are a lot of excellent people out there
[0:39:05 - 0:39:13] ▶
who you who you have on on our side as as communicators really matters and what their
[0:39:13 - 0:39:20] ▶
backgrounds are and what their attitudes are especially you're talking about us communicating
[0:39:20 - 0:39:25] ▶
with them yeah the others yes and you think that the expertise in doing something like that is in the
[0:39:25 - 0:39:31] ▶
hands of a very small group of people in the corporate world contractors who've been carrying the ball
[0:39:31 - 0:39:38] ▶
for the u.s government for the past 80 years i think i think uh i think the gatekeepers are
[0:39:38 - 0:39:45] ▶
yes they should definitely have a role in in terms of communication absolutely well let's talk about
[0:39:45 - 0:39:51] ▶
the gatekeepers because that's part of your recommendation to the president is give them
[0:39:51 - 0:39:56] ▶
a free pass on on clear them from legal liability for whatever has happened give them a pardon
[0:39:57 - 0:40:02] ▶
a head of time right and and and and take the pressure off of them so that they can convey information
[0:40:02 - 0:40:10] ▶
that's been kept secret yeah because it all started with the government that's where this all began
[0:40:10 - 0:40:15] ▶
maybe the private corporations have had participated perhaps in a in a retrieval or two but basically
[0:40:16 - 0:40:24] ▶
it's our own government that has sanctioned this in the private sector with all these these companies so
[0:40:24 - 0:40:31] ▶
uh not all i mean both a few these few companies it's not like shame on the corporate world
[0:40:32 - 0:40:38] ▶
uh because there always has been a partnership they're complicit the united states government is
[0:40:39 - 0:40:46] ▶
absolutely totally complicit in any kind of process of back engineering or anything to do with ets any kind of
[0:40:46 - 0:40:52] ▶
of of contact in one way or another with ets absolutely complicit and so uh nobody can be a hypocrite
[0:40:52 - 0:41:02] ▶
on on this on this level you know so so yeah the gatekeepers are extremely valuable they absolutely
[0:41:03 - 0:41:09] ▶
need to be included in any communication process so you would say for sure you know that the government
[0:41:09 - 0:41:16] ▶
our government military intelligence agencies have recovered crash discs or materials or
[0:41:16 - 0:41:23] ▶
mechanisms machinery advanced machinery from somewhere else and that we've handed that over
[0:41:23 - 0:41:30] ▶
to contractors to figure it out yes yes for sure yes yes i i am i am sure and you're right your argument
[0:41:30 - 0:41:39] ▶
would be those are the guys who've been the gatekeepers and the secret keepers for the last 80 years
[0:41:39 - 0:41:44] ▶
because we ask them to do that yes yeah and and and and it's it has behooved the companies to to make
[0:41:44 - 0:41:55] ▶
progress i mean and you could say well if the companies uh if it's revealed uh what companies have access to
[0:41:55 - 0:42:06] ▶
hardware what's going to happen to the image of those companies or the stock value of those companies
[0:42:06 - 0:42:13] ▶
and they already have made progress you think they have made progress i'm just saying if
[0:42:30 - 0:42:35] ▶
okay if they've already made progress and if you're concerned that they're going to be somehow
[0:42:35 - 0:42:41] ▶
adversely affected by the stock market on what their company is worth i would go buy stock
[0:42:41 - 0:42:47] ▶
because i think the opposite is going to happen i think this becomes a country a company of real
[0:42:48 - 0:42:54] ▶
interest in terms of wow uh they have a future that no other companies have we are not exactly
[0:42:54 - 0:43:02] ▶
sure what that future is in these technologies but now we we know a whole lot more than we ever did
[0:43:02 - 0:43:08] ▶
before and they you know so now these companies are more free to put more scientists at the front lines
[0:43:08 - 0:43:17] ▶
in these companies to reinvigorate the staff that they currently have and more capital more money
[0:43:17 - 0:43:25] ▶
and so you think okay more can happen more quickly what you don't want is to see
[0:43:25 - 0:43:31] ▶
things weaponized because that's what that's that's what human beings are good at is weaponizing every
[0:43:33 - 0:43:40] ▶
friggin thing they can get their hands on so that's what men do would these contractors have some sort
[0:43:40 - 0:43:46] ▶
of legal liability let's say there's disclosure you've been hiding this stuff all this time there
[0:43:46 - 0:43:51] ▶
be some people that want to go after them right how dare you hide this lie to us i try to give people
[0:43:51 - 0:43:58] ▶
credit for if they can think if they can have time to think things through if they can have information
[0:43:58 - 0:44:07] ▶
and this is a big if if they can start to acquire information they can trust and you don't have a
[0:44:07 - 0:44:13] ▶
concophony of a hundred different sources bombarding you and it's a junk pile and you're having to
[0:44:13 - 0:44:20] ▶
determine what's where where are the jewels in this junk pile of information and that's not easy to to
[0:44:20 - 0:44:29] ▶
determine right off unless you already have a background in stuff that's in the junk pile you know
[0:44:29 - 0:44:35] ▶
and so you can recognize it you and i can recognize things that somebody else wouldn't recognize because
[0:44:35 - 0:44:40] ▶
we already know background we can relate it to a lot of other sources of information we have so it
[0:44:40 - 0:44:46] ▶
all triangulates to aha this is real this is a fact okay i don't know if you know the specific answers to
[0:44:46 - 0:44:53] ▶
this but let's just do it as a hypothetical company x gets the materials from two crashes maybe there's
[0:44:53 - 0:45:00] ▶
bodies in there they get it from the u.s government would they be required to keep it quiet is that part of
[0:45:00 - 0:45:06] ▶
the condition and would they have signed an agreement they've had the stuff for 80 years maybe they've
[0:45:06 - 0:45:11] ▶
made progress in understanding it maybe they've made machines or or weapons or uh flying machines
[0:45:11 - 0:45:18] ▶
based on what they've learned is that theirs um could we go after it would would the public want to
[0:45:18 - 0:45:25] ▶
go after it would anybody in government uh dispute the ownership of it and and what is the agreement that
[0:45:25 - 0:45:33] ▶
they make is that in a contract or is it a a handshake and they've they keep this secret because
[0:45:33 - 0:45:39] ▶
we asked them to keep it a secret so there's two areas of seriousness in what you just said one is
[0:45:39 - 0:45:45] ▶
craft and one is bodies or living beings the craft and the craft um is fair game in terms of
[0:45:45 - 0:45:59] ▶
not concerning not to be so concerned are we stepping on somebody's toes the others toes if they have toes
[0:45:59 - 0:46:10] ▶
the bodies are also higher level but probably fair game as well because they're maybe the their answer
[0:46:15 - 0:46:27] ▶
more morphic uh robotic type of beings or they're all biological um biological robots yeah something
[0:46:27 - 0:46:39] ▶
like that but but with what respect have they been treated or you know is it like autopsies have been
[0:46:39 - 0:46:47] ▶
done or has it just been necropsies like you would do on a on a cow uh with what respect have they been
[0:46:47 - 0:46:53] ▶
been treated were they ever given a burial ceremony or whatever living ones is a whole different level
[0:46:53 - 0:47:01] ▶
that's where you don't want to make that decision alone your guess would be we've had living ones
[0:47:02 - 0:47:08] ▶
right yeah that's my guess and i think that you we i think that's a whole different level of respect and

interaction you would argue to the president in future conversations any gatekeeper company x has
[0:47:16 - 0:47:23] ▶
been holding on to this stuff they've been trying to figure it out because we asked them to do that

they've been keeping it secret because we asked them to do it oh yeah give them blanket immunity give
[0:47:27 - 0:47:33] ▶
them a pardon in advance for whatever somebody might take offense to that they've done they've never
[0:47:33 - 0:47:40] ▶
received anything uh as an award as a recognition i've been able to share their work with anybody
[0:47:40 - 0:47:47] ▶
and yet and so what is it that we're trying to blame them for what exactly is it we're trying to
[0:47:48 - 0:47:54] ▶
blame them for not being for the here they they've they've sworn oaths to be secretive and and they know
[0:47:54 - 0:48:02] ▶
why and anybody who knew about what their work was going to be would know why and they would say yeah
[0:48:02 - 0:48:08] ▶
that's totally logical um and but what is it you're trying to what is it they're trying to nail what
[0:48:08 - 0:48:16] ▶
cross is it that you're nailing them to you guys lied to us and kept this secret is that really all there
[0:48:16 - 0:48:24] ▶
is is that worth nailing somebody to a cross are there good reasons for not telling the truth well of course there are
[0:48:24 - 0:48:38] ▶
how many times have you not told the truth to your spouse or to my spouse or to your friends or
[0:48:38 - 0:48:45] ▶
whatever of course there are and some things are far more serious than others and so and some are
[0:48:45 - 0:48:52] ▶
national security so yeah you have to say you're trying to persecute and prosecute these people
[0:48:52 - 0:49:00] ▶
for what legitimate reason the entire united states government has been complicit you're gonna you're
[0:49:00 - 0:49:08] ▶
gonna prosecute this case before a bench trial or jury trial and i'm gonna be the defense attorney
[0:49:08 - 0:49:14] ▶
for the gatekeepers and i'm gonna say wait a minute you're trying to argue to the court
[0:49:15 - 0:49:23] ▶
that these people have acted entirely on their own when i can prove to you through witnesses
[0:49:23 - 0:49:28] ▶
and i can prosecute through witnesses to convict
[0:49:29 - 0:49:32] ▶
on capital punishment but i so i can win if i have witnesses that say i i have all kinds of
[0:49:33 - 0:49:39] ▶
government testimony from other people that are complicit with the corporations where do you want this
[0:49:39 - 0:49:46] ▶
this this this cross nailing to stop because it's going to go right into the government area into all
[0:49:46 - 0:49:53] ▶
secret agencies we have 17 secret intelligence agencies not obviously all of them are involved
[0:49:53 - 0:49:59] ▶
in this subject by any means but several are where are you going to stop so it's not just these people
[0:49:59 - 0:50:04] ▶
working for these private corporations right so what are they to blame for what is it why are you trying
[0:50:04 - 0:50:13] ▶
to kill them why are you trying to prosecute them instead look how valuable these people are they're
[0:50:13 - 0:50:21] ▶
what they know is irreplaceable you can't you can't there is no college university or any place on the
[0:50:21 - 0:50:27] ▶
planet that is going to be able to teach you anything about what these people already know
[0:50:27 - 0:50:32] ▶
they're they are your biggest asset walking around and the number is pretty small going to your
[0:50:33 - 0:50:38] ▶
restaurants you know going to your theaters and the number is very small how is it passed on i wonder
[0:50:38 - 0:50:47] ▶
if given the level of secrecy let's say within company x some guy's been there for 60 years he's got
[0:50:47 - 0:50:54] ▶
to go does he pass it on to someone else a younger person or how's that information conveyed i'm asking
[0:50:54 - 0:51:01] ▶
this because you've you've personally interacted with some of these people am i right well i think it's
[0:51:01 - 0:51:06] ▶
again it gets back to a matter of trust it gets back to people you've known for a long time that
[0:51:06 - 0:51:12] ▶
counts for something um you've known for for a long time perhaps they're not all 20 somethings you know
[0:51:12 - 0:51:18] ▶
and maybe it's a growth function that they start out in certain departments for a long time work their
[0:51:19 - 0:51:25] ▶
way up to different departments that are more sophisticated and sensitivity not more sophisticated
[0:51:25 - 0:51:32] ▶
in the physics necessarily all that's true probably but in the sensitivity of where certain things

leave them there well actually i was i was a little concerned about what's going to happen to them

so as the meeting draws to a close and everything and uh the president and and i are saying goodbyes

and and he's got other things he's got to go to and he said he was late as it was to go into another

important meeting and um so uh so william starts to gather everything up on his desk and quickly

president trump says no leave everything there i thought thank you god thank you that's a good sign

i didn't want him to go into a closet somewhere and they're never seen again because we've all watched

the movie of raiders of the lost ark where it goes into the smithsonian right and and so you you say oh

what what's been hidden away that would if only people have been able to see something so at least

uh they were they were left there on his desk so i don't know what happened to him after that

and i was just glad that they were left alone well we know two months later he started releasing ufo

information he issued a directive so i'd like to believe that you at least had a hand in it

i hope you planted the seed and then it goes further it'd be nice if something productive

came of it and i hope the door is open where you you get invited to speak more with him because you

can get into some details there was another meeting you had in washington that made news

i think it's during the same trip with rfk jr yeah and there's a lot of speculation about what
[0:56:37 - 0:56:42] ▶
happened there and i think people have tried to spin it in a way that embarrasses him
[0:56:42 - 0:56:46] ▶
can you tell the story about that encounter well one of my previous meetings with the president
[0:56:46 - 0:56:51] ▶
the president while he was running for re-election and then after he won re-election
[0:56:51 - 0:56:56] ▶
was on a topic that he really liked the solution to and that was um uh homeless treatment centers
[0:56:57 - 0:57:05] ▶
and it was a it was a very respectful way to handle a serious problem and it involved um coagulating a
[0:57:05 - 0:57:14] ▶
a a group of villages into a large complex and um so because the homeless population is uh all different
[0:57:14 - 0:57:24] ▶
shades of gray from people that are ready willing and able to work to those that are crazy and dangerous
[0:57:24 - 0:57:32] ▶
um and so the facilities were were a little complex and a lot of them haven't had a bath forever or seen a
[0:57:32 - 0:57:43] ▶
dentist or a doctor in 10 years or 15 years or change of clothes or you know it's it's bad
[0:57:43 - 0:57:48] ▶
so he really liked the solution the paper that i put together on that and so i was given an appointment
[0:57:50 - 0:57:56] ▶
to to see robert kennedy because uh uh it was his department his you know to this would fall under
[0:57:56 - 0:58:03] ▶
the water well i later learned that i had to it was going to have to be combined with another agency
[0:58:03 - 0:58:12] ▶
from a construction standpoint because he didn't have the budgets and the ability to actually build
[0:58:12 - 0:58:18] ▶
structures so it had to be two two different agencies combined but we sit all down we sit down
[0:58:18 - 0:58:24] ▶
and there's about 12 of us on a large table you know and he and i are sitting right here together and
[0:58:24 - 0:58:31] ▶
i'm ready to start talking about homeless treatment centers and what we can do here to really change

things around so he starts right off the bat saying okay i want to know what all this guns and attacks
[0:58:36 - 0:58:43] ▶
are all about with aliens and and all these these uh who's gotten killed and this and that kind of thing

and so uh he's talking about the alleged gun battle at skinwalker ranch i don't know which one he's
[0:58:50 - 0:58:56] ▶
talking about but um he's he's he's so i i'm taken completely off guard and this wasn't what i
[0:58:56 - 0:59:04] ▶
expected i'm i'm there for a whole different reason is this a whole big group of people oh yeah oh yeah

and he's announcing this he's letting it all hang out in front of everybody and and so i'm saying

well i don't so i said well i don't know anything about those i don't have any first-hand information at

all you know and and uh i wouldn't think like uh i would take it that serious it sounds like he's read

about the scuttlebutt that is untrue that there was a shootout on skinwalker ranch between your
[0:59:28 - 0:59:34] ▶
security guys and aliens and aliens get killed nothing like that ever happened right um we had
[0:59:34 - 0:59:41] ▶
um one thing happened to one of our security guards um where he was sleeping he was uh forced
[0:59:41 - 1:00:01] ▶
to sit up in bed he couldn't move he was paralyzed he could move his eyes there was a being of some kind
[1:00:02 - 1:00:11] ▶
this was in the double wide trailer um there was a being of some kind doing this to him
[1:00:12 - 1:00:18] ▶
and he and it stopped right before he started to black out or be choked to death that concerned me a lot
[1:00:21 - 1:00:31] ▶
and that was just prior that that concerned me a lot so but we had another security officer
[1:00:33 - 1:00:41] ▶
that had a very similar episode happen from a hitchhiker here in las vegas in his apartment
[1:00:42 - 1:00:51] ▶
followed him home yeah and it happened twice to him and it was the same kind of thing
[1:00:51 - 1:00:57] ▶
only he was able in the first case the fellow was being smothered like you're being smothered to death
[1:00:58 - 1:01:05] ▶
if it hadn't stopped in the second case

um um our our fellow had one of one of the two experiences he had he was able to uh see what his
[1:01:08 - 1:01:20] ▶
attacker looked like

he was a woman that wasn't touching him she was at the foot of his bed she was blonde short hair
[1:01:21 - 1:01:33] ▶
blue eyes wore clothing that looked like it was in style 100 or 150 years ago and she had a very
[1:01:33 - 1:01:40] ▶
mean look on her face and i'm not making any of this oh i think i dated this woman so go ahead
[1:01:40 - 1:01:47] ▶
that's i like that that's funny um
[1:01:50 - 1:01:53] ▶
um so they're serious these are serious things that so this was a human spirit this is not an et
[1:01:53 - 1:02:02] ▶
because remember we we were talking before about we we live in a three-dimensional world

but there's a sister dimension that completely coexists with us um with physicality and it's it's
[1:02:10 - 1:02:20] ▶
the other it's the spirit world and that's what she was it wasn't an et well you and i are going to
[1:02:20 - 1:02:27] ▶
have conversations about the spirit world about consciousness about the other side and communicating
[1:02:27 - 1:02:32] ▶
with them and then communication with what we call et's but wait a minute you about to let me hang
[1:02:32 - 1:02:38] ▶
here your audiences wanting wanting to know what happened okay he's about to die okay all right
[1:02:38 - 1:02:46] ▶
he's about to die right okay he sees her turn her head and she's turning her head like she's paying
[1:02:46 - 1:02:54] ▶
attention to something here and immediately everything starts to be released from him he can start to
[1:02:54 - 1:03:03] ▶
relax and he falls back to bed because i think he was also he was forced to sit up as well as the first
[1:03:03 - 1:03:10] ▶
guy was and the first guy uh was being smothered and by something dark and black and another episode
[1:03:10 - 1:03:21] ▶
involved a pillow type of smothering this third episode involved this being and she stopped because she
[1:03:21 - 1:03:29] ▶
was being told to stop by something else something else told her to stop and she stopped and he lived
[1:03:29 - 1:03:35] ▶
well we definitely want to have a conversation about the ranch things that happened there there was no
[1:03:37 - 1:03:42] ▶
gun battle with aliens but there were some encounters that were perilous both for your employees for
[1:03:42 - 1:03:48] ▶
intelligence guys who visited the property as part of the osap bass investigation and then communication
[1:03:48 - 1:03:55] ▶
with others that that you and your organizations have accompanied uh have accomplished or the skinwalker
[1:03:55 - 1:04:03] ▶
involves another third dimension another dimension we're beyond our third dimensional existence um
[1:04:03 - 1:04:11] ▶
and it's very peculiar and the people the government people that were on the skinwalker all of them were
[1:04:13 - 1:04:20] ▶
affected all all of them were um jay uh especially his family um jessica uh she was she i think uh i don't know if she was cia or not um

her identity different areas of the of the government you know different areas of military naval intelligence or marines and
[1:04:38 - 1:04:44] ▶
and cia different different ones um but it all had to be taken very seriously this wasn't any game

we i felt as though i was just a custodian
[1:04:54 - 1:04:56] ▶
taking care of the location and of the entire property and to do our science with all of our our science people
[1:04:58 - 1:05:09] ▶
and trying to keep outsiders away and then i became aware that this was much more of a dangerous place
[1:05:09 - 1:05:18] ▶
and i i had no ability to control anything it's interesting to me that you have one meeting with rfk
[1:05:18 - 1:05:26] ▶
jr and he obviously was aware of it and this is his chance he doesn't care who else is around

you're the guy and he doesn't mind yelling it out hey what about he's a ballsy guy i guess you know he

he uh he he says what's on his mind you know so you gotta have you gotta have to you have to like

somebody that that is frank and not a bullshitter and that says what's on his mind well you did that

with donald trump you did it with the president of the united states and you were not a bullshitter

and you told him your thoughts on a number of issues but in particular i have told him previously

to his face you're you're so bombastic and you know what his reaction was you're right you're right
[1:06:04 - 1:06:13] ▶
i am he admits it and sometimes he says things before he kind of realizes it's out there and

sometimes i think um if he paused a little bit he might change the vernacular of what he said
[1:06:21 - 1:06:28] ▶
you know well i think you're not giving yourself enough credit um given the timing of when you had
[1:06:28 - 1:06:33] ▶
that meeting with him and then what happened within a couple of months i i think you planted some seeds
[1:06:33 - 1:06:38] ▶
and hopefully you know that door will be open again where you can give him more of a briefing
[1:06:38 - 1:06:42] ▶
or at least you know inform his staff of where else they need to go to get him up to speed and get
[1:06:42 - 1:06:48] ▶
themselves up to speed i would welcome that george i i would welcome that and and i wouldn't hesitate to

to do that do you have a sense of the people around him whether they have an interest
[1:06:54 - 1:06:58] ▶
level or a knowledge base of these topics i think yeah marco rubio certainly does right but i think

the and i think one of his sons also does um but um that's that's the problem i think you know i think

that's the worst job there is being president united states oh my god and it's it's it's terrible job but i

think um and that that is the problem is is the sources there's so many people trying to get your

attention and trying to they want this they want that they want the other thing from you so you're

constantly being asked for this and this and that and that and the other thing you know and then there's
[1:07:35 - 1:07:40] ▶
all kinds of there's the media there's all kinds of things against you it's the it's the worst job it's

terrible do you intend to release the report or any of the materials that you gave him i can't i can't

oh well the pandemic center which was another one i actually gave that to senator reed to show obama
[1:07:56 - 1:08:03] ▶
back in 2012 and um he did but we were in a hell of a storm a financial storm at that time

you know the bottom of the recession the great recession and everything was going to hell well

i have a copy of that report and we should have a conversation about it on this format well yeah i

resurrected that yeah for president trump's sake because that idea of having that pandemic center

is so valuable it shouldn't go away well i think we should talk about all the ideas that you gave to

him at some point just not today but it's a bit a good start here talk about your conversation with

the president about the possibility of disclosure at least confirmation where it should start at least
