Arrow is under Kozlowski.
When I went to ODNI September 10th of 2025, Kozlowski was director.
Per ODNI dig, Kozlowski sent my MFR, my legal signed document to ODNI saying this is what I said.
So I can't tell you Arrow and Kozlowski lied.
I want to know why Kozlowski and Arrow sent a false report to ODNI.
